Reporter Protection Policy

KD Finechem operates a robust protection system to ensure that whistleblowers can report concerns with confidence.

1. Strict Confidentiality and Anonymity Protection
All information regarding the identity of the whistleblower (including cooperating parties) and the reported content is managed under strict confidentiality within the Audit Department.
Disclosure of such information without the whistleblower’s consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibition of Disadvantage to Whistleblowers
Any form of retaliation, including personnel disadvantages or workplace harassment, against whistleblowers for making a legitimate report is strictly prohibited.
3. Victim Protection Procedures
Where necessary, upon request by the victim or whistleblower during the investigation process, practical protective measures—such as separation from the alleged perpetrator—will be implemented on a priority basis to prevent secondary harm.
